GRILLING - Fire up your BBQ
Learn about the best cuts for the grill as well as easy, quick exotic recipes such as Thai Satay and Spicy Skirt Steak. Bear Belly Chicken and Drunken Pineapple are party favorites are easier than burgers and more appreciated. Students also learn basics of grilling delicate fish and veggies.
Menu includes:
Thai Satay with Peanut Coconut Sauce Cumin Cilantro Skirt Steak Beer Belly Chicken Sesame Salmon Roasted Vegetables and Fruit Class Cost per person $40. Includes at least 2 hours of instruction, recipes and way too much to eat.

Delicious Vietnamese Vietnamese
food is subtle and light - very different from heavy, oily Chinese and
powerful Thai. Students learn Vietnamese traditional flavors as well as
the Indian, French and American influences that make up complex flavors
but yet are quick to prepare. Louise focuses on Vietnamese cuisine
that has an abundance of vegetables, fruit and fish. Students learn
about local sources of ingredients and taste the basics of Vietnamese
cuisine.
